If you experience a service disruption caused directly by DigiCrux Solutions' systems, please report it to our support team promptly. Verified extended outages caused on our end may be eligible for service credit or partial refund, at our discretion. Outages caused by WhatsApp, Meta or other third-party platforms are not covered under this policy.
