At DigiCrux Solutions, we want you to be confident in your decision to use our Services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscription cancellations are handled, when refunds may apply, and how to request one.

Overview

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions, setup fees and add-on services purchased through DigiCrux Solutions. By subscribing to our Services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Contacting our support team via email or WhatsApp
  • Submitting a cancellation request through your account dashboard, where available

Cancellation will stop future billing cycles. You will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise specified.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • A duplicate or accidental payment was made
  • A technical error on our part prevented service delivery
  • The Service was not activated or delivered as agreed, and the issue is verified by our team
Note: Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at the discretion of DigiCrux Solutions after verification.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for a refund:

  • Subscription fees for time already used or services already delivered
  • One-time setup, onboarding or integration fees once work has commenced
  • WhatsApp Business API conversation or messaging charges already incurred via Meta
  • Account suspensions or restrictions caused by violation of our Terms & Conditions, or by WhatsApp/Meta policy violations
  • Change of mind after a service has been actively used

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following details:

  • Your registered name and business name
  • Email address used for the account
  • Payment date and transaction/invoice reference, if available
  • Reason for the refund request

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method, subject to processing timelines of your bank or payment provider.

Service Issues and Downtime

If you experience a service disruption caused directly by DigiCrux Solutions' systems, please report it to our support team promptly. Verified extended outages caused on our end may be eligible for service credit or partial refund, at our discretion. Outages caused by WhatsApp, Meta or other third-party platforms are not covered under this policy.
